We currently offer the following services:
CRISPR/Cas. We are offering the generation of knockout alleles using CRISPR/Cas technology. This is a full service and we will design gRNAs, perform all embryo-related work and genotype pups produced.
ES cell microinjection. We offer a service to generate genetically modified mice using KOMP or EUCOMM targeted ES cells. This service includes importing cells, characterisation to confirm targeting and ES cell quality, embryo microinjection and breeding of resultant chimaeras.
Please consult the Director of Research Support Services for further information.
GENEAS now offers the ability to archive important mouse lines as embryos and/or sperm. Please see further details here.
We offer an IVF service using fresh or frozen sperm.
We also offer a genotyping service. Further details can be obtained here.
