After having completed a student summer research scholarship I began my journey with Wardliparingga in February of 2016. I graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Nutrition and Physiology) and currently work as a Research Assistant whilst undertaking my Masters of Public Health at the University of Adelaide. Being raised in Mildura (Vic) I have strong ties with the community though my family connections are with the Awabakal and Wiradjuri people of NSW. Having lived in Adelaide since 2013 I am surprised everyday by the diverse culture this city provides.
My passions and research interests include;
Social Determinants of Health, Holistic health care, Complementary
and Alternative Medicine, Nutrition, Chronic disease, Type 2 Diabetes.
