Jocelyn Choo

Jocelyn Choo is a postdoctoral researcher within the Microbiome and Host Health group in the Precision Medicine theme. Her research expertise is in molecular biology and microbial ecology, and involves investigating the effect of pharmaceutical interventions on the microbial community using next generation sequencing technology. Her research focus is also on host-microbiome metabolic interactions, through determining the influence of specific microbial communities on human health and metabolic processes.
